Order Fulfillment Model

All products are made to order through our third-party production partner. This means that items are produced after your order is placed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your item will be produced after purchase
• Fulfillment and shipping will occur within the stated production timeline
• Delivery is not immediate and includes processing and production time

Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Orders will be produced and shipped according to the timeline provided at the time of purchase. While we strive to meet all stated deadlines, we do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by third-party production partners, shipping carriers, or unforeseen events.

Customers will receive tracking information once orders have been shipped.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Delays outside of our control

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of delivery and the issue. We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. The customer may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with replacement product(s), depending on the situation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of All My Heroes Are Black by ARS and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
