Pre-Sale Ordering Process
All items are made-to-order. Orders are collected during our pre-sale period and are not produced until after the pre-sale closes. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and deliver thoughtfully crafted products.
Order Timeline
- Pre-Sale Period Ends: April 25, 2026
- Production Period: April 26 – May 23, 2026
- Shipping Window: May 25 – May 29, 2026
All orders will be processed and shipped within the designated shipping window following the completion of production.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the United States, but customers can expect to receive their orders before the Juneteenth holiday under normal conditions.
